Adrian Pyle is the Director: Relationships Innovation for the Uniting Church in Australia, Synod of Victoria and Tasmania. He is emeritus chair of Connections UnitingCare, a community services agency for children, youth and families and founder of the Anti-Poverty Awards for Young Australians.

Adrian strongly believes that real spiritual growth is an essential element to a life well lived and works to reform traditional means of spiritual growth - as well as to explore new ones. He is therefore passionate about finding ways to reform the church as a change agent, to fund the church as an agent of transformation and not as an entity that blindly conforms to dogma, and to ensure that the story of what that sort of church can offer is told to the world.

Before an early sea-change, Adrian held roles as an information technology manager and consultant for major corporate organisations.
